Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
Something a little different, made using Four Pillars exceptional gin and locally sourced Yarra valley shiraz grapes. The Grapes are steeped in the gin for eight weeks, before being pressed to reveal the ginny juice which is full of colour And sweet spicy shiraz sweetness.
XII Dry Gin
Originating from the Haute-Provence region of France, this exquisite dry gin showcases an array of regional character through its selection of 12 botanicals (XII for those inclined towards Roman numerals). Featuring thyme, rosemary, basil, and sweet almond, it exudes a delightful balance of floral and herbal notes, complemented by lingering aromatic spice. Ideal for crafting a herbaceous G&T, it pairs beautifully with a fresh sprig from the garden as a garnish.
