Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin

This is a savoury gin rather than a sweet style and is perfectly suited for a martini, classic, dirty, dry, wet, perfect and especially a Gibson cocktail. Having made so many citrus forward gins this is an olive branch as such to all those savoury gin lovers out there. The olives used are sourced from Four Pillars friends who are at the world renowned Cobran Estate in Vicotria. They use olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties.

This is a gin produced by Nikka Whisky, integrating its decades of experience in distilling white spirits and blending whiskies. Silky texture and rich body with citrus and a peppery finish.
