Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
This is a savoury gin rather than a sweet style and is perfectly suited for a martini, classic, dirty, dry, wet, perfect and especially a Gibson cocktail. Having made so many citrus forward gins this is an olive branch as such to all those savoury gin lovers out there. The olives used are sourced from Four Pillars friends who are at the world renowned Cobran Estate in Vicotria. They use olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties.
Witchmark Single Origin English Black Lime Gin
This black lime gin from field to bottle and single origin distillery Witchmark sets a standard. It carries a spicy aroma with juniper and the freshness of violet flowers with a touch of pepper. The palate is mostly dominated with juniper backed with bright and rich citrus, a moderately sweet and tangy aftertaste that gives way to warmth and spice.
