J Bally Millesime 2002 Rhum Vieux is deceptively sweet on the nose exhibiting rich honeyed notes with candied orange undertones and hints of toffee. On the palate they are worthy alternatives to great brandies showing great complexity and balance. Spicy, developing into a character evoking nuts, spices, hints of chocolate, citrus peel and oak.
