FRANCIACORTA Pas Dosé Brut Corteaura
More intensely citrus in aroma than the Satèn. More piercing. Bone dry, crisp, lots of acid tension and a chalky finish.
Paringa Estate Peninsula Chardonnay, Mornington Peninsula 2024
Alluring, ripe citrus, peach and nectarine are all evident in the glass from the warmth of the Mornington Peninsula's sun kissed vineyards. Great depth of character here with refreshing saline notes and a touch of vanilla and ginger spice evident from a short time in French oak barrels. An excellent wine, form one of the region's leading wineries.
