This 9 year old single malt has been cask finished using Oloroso sherry casks. Oloroso sherry is subjected to extensive ageing without a 'flor' yeast layer, Oloroso roughly translates to 'fragrant', this is the darkest dry sherry style renowned for its pronounced nutty and dried fruit qualities.
