Glencadam Reserve De Burgundy Pinot Noir Small Batch Single Malt

Glencadam Reserve De Burgundy Single Malt Whisky is carefully crafted by the Master Distiller in small batches. From Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses, he has selected single malt matured in exceptional ex bourbon American oak casks. The single malt in these casks has then been married and finished in selected Pinot Noir wine barrels sourced from Burgundy, France. Rich aromas of dark fruits, Morello jam, stewed plums and chocolate mousse. The palate is sweet and oily with layers of cooked blackcurrants, Brazil nuts, brambles and banana bread with hints of espresso, clove and star anise. The finish is rich with mocha coffee and Black Forest gateaux that leads to ginger and nutmeg.

Tomatin Cu Bocan Creation #7 Single Malt

Tomatin Cù Bòcan Creation #7 Single Malt is a bold and imaginative Highland whisky that showcases the distillery’s experimental spirit through an intriguing cask combination and lightly peated character. Crafted at the Tomatin Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, this limited edition single malt is matured in a marriage of Pineau des Charentes Rouge casks and virgin oak casks, resulting in a unique flavour profile that balances sweetness, spice and subtle smoke. The use of Pineau des Charentes Rouge—a fortified wine from western France—imparts vibrant fruit notes and a delicate richness, while virgin oak contributes depth and warming spice. On the nose, Cù Bòcan Creation #7 reveals aromas of rhubarb and custard, layered with gentle heather smoke and sweet oak spice. The palate is smooth and expressive, offering a harmonious blend of creamy fruit, soft peat and toasted wood. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of vanilla, spice and a wisp of smoke that adds complexity without overpowering the spirit. Distilled in small batches during winter and made with lightly peated Scottish barley, this single malt reflects Tomatin’s commitment to innovation and quality. Cù Bòcan Creation #7 is a distinctive whisky that appeals to those seeking something unusual yet refined, and is best enjoyed neat to appreciate its full character.
