This single malt is matured for twenty-one years in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a deeply complex and indulgent whisky. Octomore 6 Year Old Rest & Be Thankful Whisky Co 63.8%
A very limited batch of Octomore distilled on 12th December 1997 and matured in Sauternes Wines cask before bottling on 19th November 2014 and casl strength 63.8% vol. We are not sure of the peating levels on this, but they are between 120-140 ppm, so very peaty.
