Glenglassaugh 12 Year Old Single Malt

Glenglassaugh is distilled with mineral rich spring water and nourished by the sea air that drifts through the warehouses. After maturing in a combination of bourbon, sherry and red wine casks it develops a harmonious balance of coastal richness, shaped by an abundance of land and sea. This 12 year old single malt from Glenglassaugh has sweet coastal waves on the nose of ripe apricot and fig that meld with toasted vanilla and tropical flora. The palate is candied pistachio, date and sweet fig roll into waves of morello cherry and whipped cream, infused with fresh coastal air.

Raasay Hebridean The Draam Single Malt Whisky

Raasay Hebridean The Draam Single Malt Whisky is a lightly peated, fruit-rich expression that captures the essence of traditional Hebridean whisky with a modern twist. Crafted entirely on the Isle of Raasay, this flagship single malt is the result of a unique six-cask recipe developed by Master Distiller Alasdair Day. Two distinct spirits—peated and unpeated—are matured separately in first-fill American rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These are then expertly married to create a whisky of remarkable depth and elegance. The Draam was first introduced in 2021 and officially named in 2025 to reflect its identity and make it more recognisable on the back bar. It is bottled with natural colour and no chill filtration, preserving its full character and texture. On the nose, The Draam offers fragrant smoke, dried fruit, and subtle spice, with hints of red berries and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and layered, delivering rich dark fruit flavours, gentle peat smoke, and sweet vanilla, balanced by warming spice and a touch of maritime salinity. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of smoke, oak, and ripe fruit that speak to its complex cask heritage.
