Tomintoul Peaty Tang 15 Year Old
Tomintoul Peaty Tang 15 years old peated single malt scotch whisky is a rich golden colour in the glass. On the nose it is heathery smoke balanced with subtle floral tones. On the palate it is a gentle peat reek flavours with a hint of malty nuttiness. The finish is a lingering smoke and peat note with a touch of sweetness. The Tomintoul Peated Malt has been distilled in the traditional manner in the prestigious Speyside Glenlivet region, and unusually for this district it has been made with peated malted barley. After 'sleeping' for 15 years in hand picked oak barrels, this aged whisky exudes heathery smokiness moderated by soft Speyside malt.
