To celebrate the many sides of Tokyo, Glenmorangie have matured their high quality whisky in casks from Japan's sought-after Mizunara oak. Aromas of slowly smoking incense curl around sweet toffee, bursts of pepper counter bright, bitter cherries. Then fresh orange zest fades to almond flakes and sweet oak.

Bruichladdich's Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 celebrates Islay with a single malt whisky crafted entirely from barley grown on the island. This malt, not just flavourful but evocative of place, showcases the delicate balance for which Port Charlotte is renowned – fruit and smoke.
