Champagne Gremillet was founded by Jean-Michel Gremillet in 1979 and is situated in the southern Aube, near Troyes, where the vineyards achieve a richer, more characterful style of Champagne . The Blanc de Blancs is a pure Chardonnay cuvee of real class and distinction, awarded Gold at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2023, and crafted by winemaker Jean-Christophe Gremillet with meticulous attention to detail. A blend of four to five vintages with 20% reserve wine, it offers the complexity and depth of a prestige cuvee at a very approachable price. The extended lees ageing of 30 to 36 months adds a beautifully creamy, toasty character that sets it apart. Sustainable and Gold medal awarded. Vineyard and Production. Composed entirely of the cuvee, the first and finest press. Cool alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in temperature-controlled vats. Once in bottle, ageing lasts for 30 to 36 months. The brut dosage is 9g/l, with the liqueur d'expedition sourced from finished bottles of Champagne, ensuring perfect integration and freshness. Tasting Notes. This flagship rosé sparkling wine from Trevibban Mill is a stylish and elegant expression of Pinot Noir, crafted with delicate fine bubbles and a refined mousse. Produced using the traditional method, it undergoes a minimum of four years of lees ageing and is finished with a dosage of 4 g/L using the same wine, resulting in a perfectly balanced, expressive sparkling wine. Production The wine is 100% Pinot Noir and is vinified using the traditional method, including a second fermentation in the bottle.
