Why You'll Love It This is classic Burgundy Pinot Noir from the heart of the Côte d'Or. Moillard-Grivot's Signature cuvée represents the house's commitment to quality, sourcing grapes exclusively from parcels in the prestigious Côte d'Or, grown on limestone soils containing marl and clay. The traditional vinification includes severe sorting, followed by cold maceration for 5 to 7 days to reveal fruity aromas, then long fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with piégeages and pumping over. The wine is gravity-fed into 228L oak barrels (40% new oak, 60% used between 1 to 4 times) for 12 to 15 months of maturation, during which natural malolactic fermentation takes place. This careful process creates a wine with beautiful depth, silky tannins, and excellent ageing potential of 3 to 5 years. Region & Winemaking Produced by Maison Moillard in Burgundy, France.
