Herno Navy Strength Organic Gin 50cl
Herno Gin is made by Jon Hillgren in a small village called Dala just outside the City of Hrnsand in ngermanland, Sweden. This is Sweden's first dedicated Gin distillery which is made in two hand-beaten copper stills, Kerstin and Marit. This is the Navy Strength version of Herno's award winning gin exactly the same recipe as the Herno of Juniper berries, Coriander, Lemon that we peel by hand, Lingon berries, Meadowsweet, Black Pepper, Cassia and fresh Vanilla.
XII Dry Gin
Originating from the Haute-Provence region of France, this exquisite dry gin showcases an array of regional character through its selection of 12 botanicals (XII for those inclined towards Roman numerals). Featuring thyme, rosemary, basil, and sweet almond, it exudes a delightful balance of floral and herbal notes, complemented by lingering aromatic spice. Ideal for crafting a herbaceous G&T, it pairs beautifully with a fresh sprig from the garden as a garnish. The flavour profile presents a tingling juniper and spice, accompanied by sweet, nutty nuances, citrus, and the essence of wild herbs.
