James Gin Asian Parsnip
Created by TV presenter James May and Downton Distillery's Hugh Anderson, this unique, warming gin combines the homely flavour of parsnips with spices and lingering sweet notes.
Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin
Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin is made using a blend of 7 Botanicals and the addition of Hops, which are distilled in a copper Pot still. Juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, liquorice and orris root are used. The dramatic label depicts the story of St. Dunstan & The Devil an epic event which the story goes happened in the 10th Century in Mayfield Village. Nose: An enticing zesty citrus note. Palate: There is more of the same, with a pure, pine-and-spice juniper heart. The hops provide a floral note with a delicious subtle sweet bitterness and an elegant finish.
