Production The vineyard is divided into over 20 blocks, each harvested, optically sorted, and fermented separately in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After initial fermentation, the wine is transferred into hand-selected French oak barrels (new and used) for 18 months to integrate flavours, refine tannins, and enhance complexity.
