This is a rum for the ocean goers, the sailors, the watermen, the dreamers, the stargazers and the adventurers - those with salt in their veins and a never ending love of the sea. The sweet honey notes are balance perfectly with salty seaweed umami tones, along with subtle flavours of saffron and spice. This spiced rum is cut with a unique spice bill, local Cornish honey, saffron and seaweed then blended with a carefully selected mix of three and five year-old casked rums.
