Batch 14 delivers a powerful yet beautifully composed profile, combining robust smoke with bright citrus, gentle sweetness and the savoury depth that fans of the series look for. The nose opens with honeycomb and wholemeal toast alongside chargrilled seafood and smoky bacon. The palate brings an immediate wave of peat smoke supported by lemon shortbread, soft melon and a savoury ham note. The finish is long and well‑balanced, with peat smoke, lemon zest, icing sugar and a sweet, buttery mouthfeel that lingers.

This single malt has been produced with an extended fermentation of 160 hours, nearly triple the time of the industry average which has produced a whisky that can boast big, rich and complex characters. Aromas of baking spices, burn honey and roasted coffee beans, leading to hazelnuts, smoked almonds and butterscotch. Flavours on sweet peat, rich chocolate and heather honey, followed by cinnamon, ginger and oak smoked sugar.
