Vineyard & Production Sourced from carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc vines grown on decomposed granite soils in the Constantia Valley, benefiting from cool climate and maritime influence. Grapes were harvested by hand in the cool of the morning, gently pressed, and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel to preserve aromatics. A portion was aged on fine lees for added texture and complexity.
