Pulenta Estate Gran Cabernet Franc XI 2021
This Cabernet Franc from Pulenta is made in limited numbers. Deep aroma of roasted pepper ad eucalyptus, on the palate it is smooth with a little grip. A beautiful ad complex Cabernet Franc. Many of the vineyards are situated at the altitudes between 3 and 5,000 feet which tempers the Mendoza heat and makes for more refined and balanced wines. This vineyard works on an eco friendly and organic basis. Food Pairing: A big red for bold and meaty red dishes. A great choice for BBQ rich foods.
