Named after Paul, a good friend of the former owner of the Domaine in the 90s, who was passionate about wine. The sunny climate in the Languedoc-Roussillon region results in a rich, fresh, perfectly balanced Viognier. Ideal with sushi, Thai curry, white meat or soft cheese.
Solear Barbadillo Manzanilla Sherry
Manzanilla is a lightly fortified wine, unique to the coastal town of Sanlucar de Barrameda in Southern Spain. Solear is bright, fresh, delicate and extraordinarily dry with a long, nutty, tangy finish.
