Vinification Grapes were gently pressed and allowed to settle for 24 hours before racking to barrel for fermentation. The wine was aged on lees for 5–6 months, with monthly stirring to enhance texture and complexity. Winemaker comments On the nose, the wine displays aromas of grilled pineapple, Asian pear, tangerine, and papaya. The palate reveals flavours of white peach, Anjou pear, Key lime, and honeydew melon, complemented by subtle barrel spice and a hint of riverstone minerality.
