Le Petit Saint Jacques Blanc Organic 2025

"There is nothing small about our Petit Saint Jacques! This Pays d’Oc white is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve purity of fruit. Aromatic on the attack, with a focus on freshness and zesty citrus fruit. There is a roundness on the palate of white peaches and cassia flowers and then, our signature long, mineral finish."

Tinpot Hut Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Tinpot Hut Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, aromatic white from one of New Zealand's most celebrated wine regions. Drawing on fruit from two of Marlborough's finest sub-zones — the Wairau Valley and the Blind River — this is a wine that balances classic varietal expression with genuine complexity and finesse. Why You'll Love It This is Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at its most characterful — vivid, precise, and full of personality. By blending fruit from the tropical-leaning Wairau Valley with the mineral-driven Blind River sub-region, Tinpot Hut achieves a depth that sets it apart from the crowd. It punches well above its price point and drinks beautifully from the moment you open it. Vineyard & Production Fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness, then transported swiftly to the winery for gentle pressing with minimal skin contact. The must was chilled for 48 hours before being racked to 100% stainless steel tanks, where fermentation took place at cool temperatures to lock in the wine's vibrant aromatics and varietal character. Tasting Notes The nose opens with classic blackcurrant bud and freshly cut thyme, with tropical notes of passion fruit and melon from the Wairau Valley fruit. Mineral and saline nuances from the Blind River sub-region add an elegant layer of complexity, while a fine, precise line of acidity carries the palate to a clean, refreshing finish. Perfect Pairings A wonderfully versatile food wine. Serve with goat's cheese, grilled sea bass, smoked salmon, Thai green curry, summer salads, or a simple plate of oysters. Also excellent as an aperitif on a warm evening. The Grape 100% Sauvignon Blanc
