Les Courtelles, Picpoul de Pinet 2025
Les Courtelles Picpoul is produced in Pinet, a small village located in the largest area producing white wines in the Languedoc region of Southern France. The vineyard is established on a chalky plateau facing the Mediterranean sea. Together with cool morning and evening breezes from the sea, the Piquepoul variety finds ideal conditions to ripen and develop its great refreshing character. 100% Piquepoul, which is a very traditional, local grape variety, grown in the region for more than 400 years. The exceptional situation of the vineyards and the peculiarity of the grape variety make the Picpoul de Pinet appellation unique in the world. Served chilled, you will appreciate its grapefruit and floral aromas with amazing hints of pear as an accompaniment of any salads and sea-food dishes.

Vidal Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and expressive Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing intense aromas of passionfruit and fresh herbs. The palate is lively and layered, with tropical fruit flavours and crisp, refreshing acidity, delivering a classical expression of this celebrated New Zealand wine region. Why You'll Love It This is Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at its finest—vibrant, aromatic, and beautifully expressive. Crafted from premium vineyards in Marlborough's Awatere and Wairau Valleys, this wine reflects the distinct terroir of the region. Attention to vine health, sustainable viticulture and careful winemaking ensures a wine of clarity, precision and intensity. The result is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with exceptional aromatic intensity and refreshing character. Vineyard & Production Grapes are sourced from a mix of alluvial soils over papa silt and gravel in Marlborough's Awatere and Wairau Valleys, with river stones enhancing drainage and concentration. These low-yielding sites, combined with meticulous vineyard management, produce grapes of exceptional quality and flavour. The 2024 harvest benefitted from low winter rainfall and cooler flowering conditions, which reduced yields and increased concentration. Marlborough's classic warm days and cool nights allowed the fruit to ripen fully while preserving vibrant acidity. Grapes were gently pressed and cool-fermented to retain their aromatic profile, with selected components aged briefly on lees to add mid-palate weight and texture. Tasting Notes This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc opens with bright aromas of passionfruit, citrus and fresh herbs. The palate is lively and layered, showing tropical fruit flavours including passionfruit and citrus, balanced by crisp acidity. The finish is long, refreshing and expressive, showcasing the classic character of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect Pairings A versatile food wine, perfect with fish, shellfish, chicken, fresh salads, goat cheese, or Asian cuisi
