Lind & Lime Gin
Lind & Lime Gin is the first spirit to be produced by The Port Leith Distillery Co at their Tower Street Stillhouse. They are hoping to venture into distilling whisky in the near future, so they have thrown all their energy into creating a fantastic gin forged entirely from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith. The dominant botanicals are Juniper, Lime and Pink Peppercorns. juniper is the core of any gin and they wanted some zest which has been extracted from the rind of the lime and to balance it needed some spice and pink peppercorn was added. A great trio of botanicals that make for a great classic gin.
Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
Fresh grapefruit peels and camomile are key to the wonderful aroma of this luxurious twist on the classic Tanqueray recipe. Distilled in small batches in a tiny copper pot-still, it’s velvety smooth and lovely in a G&T.
