This boutique winery in the heart of Margaret River produces idiosyncratically named ranges like Suckfizzle , embracing a low-intervention, organic ethos that allows their cherished vineyards to fully express their quality. Winemaker Luke Jolliffe consistently crafts wines that combine Margaret River elegance and restraint with vibrant, pure fruit character, earning recognition and awards from around the world. Viticulture Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon vines are planted throughout their collection of southern Margaret River vineyards. The majority of Semillon comes from the Luminosa vineyard and Sauvignon Blanc from Rosa Brook Road vineyard. This wine showcases the uniqueness of each vineyard site while maintaining a defined Stella Bella style. Winemaking Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc were fermented in tank to enhance aroma, develop complex flavours, and build palate texture. Tasting Note Pale straw with green hues. Abundant aromas of white flowers, freshly squeezed lime, and pink grapefruit, complemented by subtle hints of toasted nuts and orange blossom. Instantly pleasing with lovely weight and generous texture. Pink grapefruit, lemon, and lime follow through on the palate with a hint of pear drop. Refreshing natural acidity leaves you wanting another glass. Food Matching Particularly complements barbecued prawns, but the quintessential pairing is freshly caught and pan-fried King George Whiting.
