Macon-Villages Chardonnay Reserve Personnelle 2021
This delightful Macon has been made with wines sourced from three different vineyard locations in the village. The wines are aged for two months in stainless steel to full integrate and achieve the personalised wine style of the winemaker, Samantha. Typical Burgundy style with up front fruit on the nose. The palate has buttery shortbread with a slight nuttiness, elegant and showing finesse. Fresh apples with cleansing acidity on the finish. Food Pairing: Grilled or baked fish, chicken wrapped with parma ham or grilled herbaceous mediterranean vegetable dishes.

Seifried Nelson Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and aromatic New Zealand white wine, crafted from grapes grown in the Brightwater and Queen Victoria vineyards. Known for its purity, clarity, and energetic character, this Sauvignon Blanc perfectly captures the style of Nelson with bright fruit flavours and lively acidity. Meet the Vineyard The Brightwater vineyard lies 15 km from the coast, sheltered by the Richmond Ranges, with stony soils that retain warmth and encourage even ripening. The Queen Victoria vineyard, in the Motueka region, is planted on free-draining, rocky soils that enhance fruit clarity and varietal intensity. Both sites produce grapes of exceptional quality, reflecting the unique Nelson terroir. Winemaking Grapes are carefully selected and harvested to preserve optimal ripeness, freshness, and varietal character. Leaves are removed around the fruiting zone to improve light exposure and air circulation, ensuring healthy, clean fruit. The juice is fermented under controlled conditions to maintain aromatic intensity, followed by clarification and stabilisation prior to bottling.
