MAS AMIEL RESERVE 20 Ans d'âge Maury Domaine Mas Amiel
Amber Hued, this wine has an aromatic nose of dried fig, leather, caramel, toasted almonds and wet leaves. Additional flavours of yogurt and brioche emerge on the finsih and with goodconcentration. Drink now and serve with a cheese course. Already aged for 20 years, this dessert wine will continue to improve in bottle for another 20 years if you have the patience. R.S Published 11/1/2024
PINOT NOIR Pauline Vineyard Willamette Valley Illahe Vineyards 2021
Aged for 15 months in 20% new French oak. Vibrant crimson. More pure-fruited on the nose than the Percheron – far less of the savoury character here. Ripe, plush red fruit. Juicy and fresh on the palate. Oak-derived spice and a touch of vanilla adding a feeling of gentle warmth. Rose-hip finish with quite a bit of grip.
