Mas de Daumas Gassac, Blanc 2019

Famous for its Grands Vins, the Mas de Daumas Gassac has been a family owned vineyard for more than 40 years and belongs to the Guibert family. It is set in a wild and enchanting valley, close the magnificent romanesque abbey of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert with 50 hectares of a deep, well drained soil, free from any chemical fertilisers.

Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru 'Sous Frétille', Pierre Meurgey 2017

Pierre Meurgey's 2017 Premier Cru, Sous Frétille is bright and elegant, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and a touch of hazelnut. The palate is finely chiseled - leaner and racier than many Côte de Beaune whites, yet there’s a lovely creaminess that rounds things out. The 2017 vintage brings freshness and vibrancy, making it approachable now but with the structure to age gracefully for several more years. A classic choice for anyone who loves mineral-driven Chardonnay, it pairs beautifully with seafood, roasted poultry, or creamy dishes where its crisp acidity cuts through richness.
