Every part of viticulture at Zuccardi, from irrigation techniques, trellising and training, pruning and harvesting is constantly reviewed and improve upon whilst always remains true to their principles of sustainability. Intense dark red colour, Jose Zuccardi is a complex wine on the nose, giving notes such as ripe black and red fruit aromas with subtle spicy notes. Firm and mature tannins that give structure to the wine, but fresh and elegant due to its great acidity. This Malbec gives a wonderful long finish. Food Pairing: Enjoy with red meats, pasta and young cheeses.
