Mezcal Union Uno

Produced in an artisan way with a collaboration of 9 producing regions in the state of Oaxaca. Made using Agaves with ages between 8 and 14 years and distilled in copper alembic stills. Initially, it reveals its production process in an artisanal way with oak firewood. Then sweet and fruity notes of the sprat agave are felt. Earthy, herbal and citrus notes of the cirial agave are also perceived. Awarded Gold at Brussels World Contest 2019.

Ojo de Tigre Mezcal Reposado

Ojo de Tigre Reposado is produced with maguey Espadín (agave Angustifolia) from Oaxaca and maguey Tobala (agave Potatorum) from Puebla. The agaves are cooked in an underground pit oven, milled with a tahona, and double distilled in a copper alembique still. After distillation, this mezcal is aged in wooden barrels, giving the spirit its golden colour. This mezcal is produced by Casa Ausencio León in Tlacolula De Matamoros, Oaxaca. Produced by Casa Ausencio León in Tlacolula De Matamoros, Oaxaca, this mezcal showcases the depth that barrel ageing brings to the distinctive blend of Espadín and rare Tobala agave.
