Midori Melon Liqueur
Midori is a melon liqueur, but not just any melon liqueur, it was the first ever to come into this world. It is light and refreshing with a great honeydew melon flavour. Don't let the word liqueur put you off as it isn't like a traditional after-dinner liqueur. There is much more to Midori than that - it is extremely versatile, and can be found in many fruity cocktails, as well as mixed up simply with another mixer as a long drink.
Rosso Antico
Rosso Antico is a vermouth based on the ancient recipe of Jean Buton, a master distiller from France who moved to Italy in 1820. In the 1960's and 70's, Rosso Antico climbed the cocktail ranks, earning it the name "Prince of Aperitifs." Rosso Antico's unique formula is the result of combining the select white wines with more Artemisia - artemisia absinthium, artemisia pontica and artemisia vallesiaca, the result of a meticulous artisanal extraction process, which imparts distinctive floral notes. With its intense aroma and rich, well balanced taste, Rosso Antico is perfect in classic cocktails like the Americano, or for sipping on the rocks, the way it is traditionally enjoyed. Consider this an alternative to Campari in cocktails.
