The ex red wine casks for this single malt were sourced from Israels finest wineries were picked for this part of the Elements trilogy. The Mediterranean climate, variety of soil types, hot sunny days and cool nights bring a spicy and unique flavour of Israeli wine. The bouquet is made up of dried red fruits, ginger, oak and a delicate coconut bouquet lead a gentle mineral perfume. The palate is light bodied, wine flavours coat the mouth, accompanied by subtle oak and vanilla notes, followed by gentle floral blossoms. The finish is medium, with dried fruits and wine notes linger with a touch of dark raisins.
