Montidori Sangiovese 2023
It’s made from Sangiovese (the grape behind Chianti), with a touch of ‘appassimento’, a technique using dried grapes that adds mid-palate richness. It’s excellent with grilled meats or a rich ragù, and perfect with a casual Bolognese.
