Full of smooth, fruity notes of baked apples and yellow plums, with a little oak to round out the texture and a juicy, long finish. Delicious with chicken cordon bleu. Exclusive to Waitrose.
The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Double Gold Medal winning wine, being awarded a Gold medal and Trophy for Sauvignon Blanc at the IWSC 2013 competition. The grapes are sourced from estate grown fruit in the Awatere valley in Marlborough. Powerful limes, passionfruit and herbal notes on the nose. The palate has, melon, stones fruits and zesty acidity with a flinty mineral finish.
