Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur 50cl
Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur is a smooth and indulgent cream liqueur from Salzburg, Austria, created by the specialists in fine chocolate spirits. Made with high-quality white chocolate, Caribbean rum, fresh cream and a touch of coconut, it delivers a tropical twist on the brand’s classic chocolate style. This versatile liqueur combines craftsmanship with a playful sweetness, making it perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or as a luxurious addition to cocktails and desserts. In the glass it appears creamy white with a soft, velvety texture. The nose opens with inviting aromas of white chocolate and freshly grated coconut, rounded by hints of vanilla and a gentle sweetness. On the palate it is rich and silky, with flavours of smooth white chocolate, sweet coconut cream and a touch of rum warmth, all balanced by a lingering, mellow finish. This liqueur is both indulgent and approachable, offering a taste of tropical luxury in every sip and a delicious choice for those who enjoy creamy, chocolate-based spirits.
Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur 50cl
Taste of fine dry and tartly dark chocolate. 87% pure cocoa macerate. Alcoholic base: fine distillate from sugar cane. Mozart Black shows notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and caramel, as well as smoky and tartly notes of cocoa. Bitter sweet, long-lasting finish. The used cocoa is a special blend of the types Forastero (West Africa) and Trinitario (Caribbean). The vanilla used is real Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Mozart Black contains cocoa macerate, vanilla macerate, and sugar cane distillate. The cocoa and Bourbon vanilla are macerated for 30 days in sugarcane distillate. A certain part of the cocoa macerate is kept in oak barrels for two years to round of the taste. With chocolate spirits it is essential to macerate instead of conching as it takes a long time to extract the aromas.
