Waipara Springs Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, expressive Sauvignon from New Zealand’s Waipara Valley, showing a slightly softer, more rounded style than the sharper Marlborough examples. It opens with lively notes of citrus, passionfruit and gooseberry, alongside a gentle herbal edge. On the palate it’s crisp and refreshing, with good concentration, balanced acidity and a clean, zesty finish that keeps it very drinkable.
