No.1 Brut Special Reserve Vintage Champagne 2018
It starts with an intensely aromatic bouquet that sings of white fruits, nuts, fresh peach, pear and praline... then ends with an equally intense, generous finish. This vegan friendly cuvée perfectly reflects the excellent 2012 grape harvest.
Pessac-Léognan, Château Carbonnieux Blanc 2015
Legend has it that back in the 18th century, Château Carbonnieux’s white wine was so crystal-clear that it made its way to the Sultan of Constantinople’s palace under the guise of "mineral water from Carbonnieux". A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, the Sauvignon brings energy and brightness, while the Sémillon adds roundness and depth. When young, it’s fresh, crisp, and bursting with floral and citrus notes. As it ages, it takes on richer layers of dried and candied fruit, making it an incredibly versatile food wine. This elegant white is a perfect match for cooked or raw seafood, foie gras, white meats, or even spiced dishes.
