This is a very rich wine with exotic fruit flavours, some botrytis and masses of concentrated fruit. Peter Kühn is changing to biodynamic viticulture and is expanding his vineyard area.
POUILLY FUISSÉ Vieilles Vignes En Buland Domaine Barraud 2023
Certified organic. Cedary citrus aroma is more layered than that of Les Crays, with bright fruit and a creamy complexion. Still with the chalky mineral note. Dry, gently chewy, could do with a little more intensity on the mid palate. (JH)
