Pa Road Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Pa Road Sauvignon Blanc is a lively and expressive white wine from the heart of Marlborough , New Zealand's most celebrated wine region. Crafted with precision from hand-harvested fruit, it showcases everything that makes Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc so compelling — vibrant aromatics, laser-sharp freshness and a finish that lingers long after the glass is empty. Why You'll Love It This is Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at its most expressive and rewarding. Pa Road has earned serious critical acclaim, including 94 Points and 5 Stars from Sam Kim at Wine Orbit and 92 Points Premium from Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, placing it in the top 1 to 2% of wines globally on Vivino. Behind the accolades is a wine of genuine character — aromatic, precise and endlessly drinkable. Vineyard and Production Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve their natural freshness and fruit intensity. Gentle pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks maintain the wine's crispness and aromatic purity, allowing the true character of the Marlborough terroir to shine through without interference. Tasting Notes Vibrant and aromatic on the nose, with notes of mandarin, mango, passionfruit, lemon and sage, complemented by hints of fresh herbs. The palate is concentrated and precise, with flavours of citrus, melon, gooseberry and passionfruit, and delicate nuances of blackcurrant and wild fennel. The finish is crisp and clean with lingering spice and a subtle chalky minerality. Perfect Pairings A natural partner for fresh fish and seafood. Try it with clams, Szechuan squid, crab or a classic fish and chips. Also excellent alongside fresh goat's cheese, light salads or Asian-inspired dishes. Grape Variety Sauvignon Blanc
Zuccardi Los Olivos Chardonnay 2022
Zuccardi Los Olivos Chardonnay is a beautifully crisp and fresh white wine from the foothills of the Andes Mountains in the Uco Valley, Argentina. Named after the olive trees that have shared the Zuccardi vineyards since the 19th century, this wine showcases the purity and elegance of high-altitude Chardonnay with exceptional freshness and character. Why You'll Love It This is Uco Valley Chardonnay at its finest—crisp, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Olive trees first arrived in Argentina during the 19th century when they were brought by European immigrants, and they have shared the Zuccardi vineyards ever since, becoming as much a part of the family as the vines themselves. The result is a wine that combines the purity of high-altitude fruit with careful winemaking, offering exceptional freshness and approachability. Vineyard & Production Grapes are sourced from vineyards located at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Uco Valley. The 2022 vintage benefitted from careful vineyard management and optimal harvest timing. Thanks to deep vineyard knowledge, precise parcel monitoring and hands-on observation, the team harvested each block at its optimal point of maturity. Direct pressing is followed by fermentation with selected yeasts at 13-15°C. A portion of the wine is aged in second and third-fill French oak barrels for 6 months to add texture and complexity. Tasting Notes This crisp and fresh Chardonnay opens with aromas of citrus, white fruit and subtle oak. The palate is beautifully balanced, showing bright fruit character with refreshing acidity and a touch of creamy texture from barrel ageing. The finish is clean, fresh and elegant. Perfect Pairings A versatile food wine, perfect with grilled fish, chicken, seafood pasta, fresh salads, or creamy dishes. Also excellent with white fish and light summer cuisine. The Blend 100% Chardonnay from Uco Valley, Argentina
