Peter Lehmann's The Black Queen Sparkling Shiraz is an icon of the Barossa, embodying the region's generosity and depth in a uniquely Australian style. Why You'll Love It This is iconic Australian sparkling Shiraz from one of the Barossa's most respected producers. Crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise with 36 months on lees, it develops remarkable complexity and fine bubbles. The base wine then undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on yeast lees for 36 months. Upon disgorgement, a small addition of The King Vintage Port as expedition liqueur adds depth and a touch of festive richness.
