Vineyard & Production Sourced from family-owned vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba, Grinzane Cavour, La Morra and Barolo-Novello, alongside select grapes from long-standing grower partners. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with around 20 days of skin contact to extract colour, tannin and aromatics. The wine is then aged for three years in mid-toasted French oak, 70% in large casks of 20 to 50 hectolitres and 30% in barriques, balancing structure and elegance.
