Ungava is a fascinating Canadian gin, crafted using six rare botanicals that impart a unique flavour profile and its natural, vibrant hue. These hand-picked botanicals include Nordic juniper, Arctic blend, cloudberry, crowberry, Labrador tea, and wild rose hips. Named after the Ungava Peninsula, located at the northern tip of Quebec, Canada, it greets the nose with aromas of peppermint tea, pine, and a hint of lemon curd, with floral wafts of white flowers developing. On the palate, it offers sweet summer berries with a trace of fig, while spicy notes of juniper lie at its core.
