POL ROGER White Foil Brut Champagne NV

The 2018 Brut Vintage is a very pretty, open-knit Champagne to drink now and over the next 10-15 years. In a vintage in which so many wines are on the lighter side, the 2018 is super-expressive, with lovely depth and impeccable balance. The 2018 can be enjoyed now, but I would prefer to cellar it for a year or two. Hints of pear, dried flowers, kirsch and mint are nicely layered on a spine of fruit and structure.

Taittinger Prelude Grands Crus Brut Champagne

Taittinger Prélude Grands Crus is a refined and expressive Champagne crafted exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards. With a brilliant pale yellow hue and silvery highlights, fine persistent bubbles form a delicate, creamy mousse. The nose is fresh and subtle, evolving from mineral notes to green, floral aromas with hints of elderflower and gentle spicy cinnamon. On the palate, vibrant citrus fruit leads into a fuller, well-bodied mid-palate with nuances of white peaches in syrup, finishing long, rich and expressive. Why You'll Love It This is Grand Cru Champagne at its finest—refined, complex, and beautifully expressive.
