The wine is made using the Méthode Traditionnelle, the same method employed by the producers of France’s finest sparkling wines, ensuring elegance and quality in every bottle. Production The wine is crafted with care, fermenting high-quality fruit to produce a light, dry sparkling base. A gentle infusion of elderflower juice adds aromatic complexity without overpowering the wine. Méthode Traditionnelle is employed to develop a fine, persistent mousse and enhance texture. Tasting notes The nose is bright with floral elderflower and subtle hints of lemon balm. On the palate, the wine is light, crisp, and refreshing, with a persistent effervescence that carries the delicate flavours beautifully.
