Production The wine is crafted with care, fermenting high-quality fruit to produce a light, dry sparkling base. A gentle infusion of elderflower juice adds aromatic complexity without overpowering the wine. Méthode Traditionnelle is employed to develop a fine, persistent mousse and enhance texture. Tasting notes The nose is bright with floral elderflower and subtle hints of lemon balm. On the palate, the wine is light, crisp, and refreshing, with a persistent effervescence that carries the delicate flavours beautifully.
