Port Askaig 8 Year Old Islay Single Malt Whisky that is soft and approachable yet with definitive Islay character. Matured in a selection of bourbon barrels, toasted American oak barrels, PX sherry butts and refill hogsheads for a minimum of 5 years. The result is a whisky with notes of seaweed, citrus and pinewood on the nose. The palate shows gentle smoke and a touch of salinity.

The Secret Speyside 15 Year Old single malt whisky from North Star's 26th Series was distilled in July 2009 before being aged in sherry hogsheads. Funky aromas, Play-doh and farmyard reminiscent notes. The palate is syrupy like date syrup and sour cherry soup. The finish is like nothing known from Speyside before.
