The must undergoes careful fermentation, partly in stainless steel to preserve crisp fruit flavours and partly in French oak barrels to add complexity, texture, and subtle oak nuances. A portion of the wine may also undergo malolactic fermentation to enhance creaminess and roundness. The wine is then aged for several months in French oak barrels to achieve a harmonious integration of flavours. Tasting notes Bright straw-yellow in colour, the nose reveals aromas of white peach, citrus, and hints of tropical fruit with delicate notes of vanilla and toasted nuts from oak maturation.
