Rabbit & Spaghetti Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021
Dense purple-black colour. Intense Barossa fruit aromas of brambles, mulberry and blood plum, with hints of vanilla, cocoa and some charry oak. The palate is rich and ripe with intense forest fruits supported by dark chocolate, coffee and sweet spice flavours. Generous, ripe tannins and soft acid structure lead to a focussed, lingering finish.
Wente Beyer Ranch Zinfandel 2022
This Zinfandel is sourced from three estate vineyards i the Livermore valley which are planted on sloping benches to produce luscious wines with a deep rich profile. Each vineyard is hand picked by the master blender and the fruit is picked when ripe to accentuate the deep jammy fruity flavours while keeping the alcohol balanced. Aromas and flavours of raspberries, rich blackberries, some subtle spice and black pepper nuances. The finish is firm with a good tannin structure on the back and has a ripe chewy finish.
