Rabbit & Spaghetti Barossa Valley Shiraz 2023
Dense purple colour. A complex, perfumed nose with dense brambly fruit, ripe plum and aniseed with hints of vanilla and smoky oak. The palate is plush and full with flavours of mulberries, satsuma plum, sweet spices and mocha with hints of toasty oak. Velvety tannins, combined with ripe fruit and soft acid give the wine a lovely balance and a long, fine finish.
Sorby Adams Barossa Shiraz 2022
Gorgeously opulent and flavoursome, this delectable shiraz displays blackberry, mixed berry compote, mocha, thyme and cedar characters on the nose. The palate is sumptuous and velvety, and offers lovely fruit power and intensity, wonderfully framed by firm tannins. The wine is immediate and delicious. At its best: now to 2034.
